Welcome to Parent-Led Driver Education with Idaho Driving School
Parent-Led Driver Education is a new option in Idaho and can be a great fit for many families.
Idaho requires students to complete a 30-hour state-approved online course before beginning behind-the-wheel training with a parent. After successfully completing the course, students must complete a minimum of 100 hours of supervised driving practice and keep a log documenting those hours.
